28 August 2005 - Mildenhall

From Russia with love - B-1B 86-0129 is seen departing Mildenhall after a stop-over en-route back to the USA after participating in MAKS 2005, the trade airshow at Zhukovsky in Russia. It should have been in company with 86-0060, but the latter went 'tech' just prior to departure from Moscow, so should be expected sometime in the near future. 86-0129 departed with accompanying tanker KC-10A 40186. 25 August 2005 - Nottinghamshire

Unidentified helicopter seen labouring heavily around the skies of Nottingham today with a huge Qantas 'Sale now on' advertising banner in tow. Hopefully a sign of things to follow in the fourth N-Power Test Match that is underway at Trent Bridge over the next five days. Come on England! 16 August 2005 - Lakenheath

The 52nd FW at Spangdahlem AFB, Germany deployed five 23rd FS F-16s to RAF Lakenheath on Monday 1 August for a week's flying with the resident F-15Cs of the 493rd FS. They are expected back on 16 August for Exercise 'Excalibur'. Pictures courtesy James Shelbourn
